Peregrine's SC6 for ITIL Service Management!
Starting around
January of this year, Gen-i Ltd began implementing Peregrine's
ServiceCenter 6 - a fully ITIL compliant consolidated Service Management
application software suite. This project will enable Gen-i to
deliver ITIL service and this 'best practice' framework to their
customer base. The CBA Consulting Group consultants (authorised
Peregrine representatives in NZ) are fully engaged in assisting
Gen-i with this implementation. Ultimately SC6 will be rolled out to
their clients and specific customer needs and SLA's can be met using this MSP
(Managed Service Provider) 'service' solution.
