In addition our Strategic IT consultants have an excellent working knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITAM (IT Asset Management) from Configuration Management to ‘cradle to the grave’ lifecycle management. Practical working knowledge of ITSM tools and implementation requirements complements our consultants’ skills within this specialist knowledge area. This knowledge has been extended to include non-IT specific systems offering a much more rounded approach to service and asset management within organisations.
