Outline of Services Provided- This large Outsource Provider engaged CBA Consulting to provide assistance to guide the development of lifecycle Asset Management processes. This led to aiding in the implementation to the Enterprise Asset Management Application. Integration with the Service Management toolset and functionality was also required, along with providing varying levels of Asset capability i.e. Gold, Silver, Bronze levels and therefore depth of attributes.

Provided by CBA Consulting were the skilled HR capability covering expertise to assist in the performance management development, and at utilising the Profiles International tools to fully assess or analyse profiles results.
