This
large Outsource Provider engaged CBA Consulting to provide assistance
to guide the development of lifecycle Asset Management processes.
This led to aiding in the implementation to the Enterprise Asset
Management Application. Integration with the Service Management
toolset and functionality was also required, along with providing
varying levels of Asset capability i.e. Gold, Silver, Bronze levels
and therefore depth of attributes.
Provided

the skilled HR capability covering expertise
to assist in the performance management development, and at utilising the Profiles International tools to fully assess or analyse profiles results. This is a real Strategic HR requirement and understanding of 'People' change..

Using the Profiles International profiling tools such as Profiles-XT or 360 Analysis look at characteristics matching to attributes or qualities needed in a role definition.
Proven toolsets that have been 'normed' to the regional characteristics for NZ and Australia, and have very strong validity having been built over time..
