This organisation engaged CBA Consulting consultants to assist the definition of a marketing strategy for the company, while also identifying the future scenarios and strategies that would meet their projected goals. As part of this project some futures work was undertaken looking at horizons 1, 2, and 3 out for the next 3 to 10 years. Maturity Assessment and Development of ITIL Processes

This
organisation engaged CBA Consulting to provide assistance
in the development and implementation of ITIL V3 processes.
At the outset a full ITIL maturity assessment was
required to provide an understanding of the current
state of the processes and readiness to implement
the various aspects of the Version 3 framework. |

the business processes for the business, and to develop

the right questions. Key stakeholders were interviewed,
and a survey created and actioned. It was important
to get both qualitative information as well as quantitative.
The environmental scan was needed to obtain perspectives

organisations to the client's.
