Our Organisation:
Our role is to provide high quality management and IT consulting services and capability to our clients that range from corporate, local government, tertiary education, ITO's, government, trade promotion organisations, and telecommunications. To do this we employ around 16 specialist people with a wide range of consulting skills. Most of our consultants have both a specific specialist skillset along with an ability to work in many of the disciplines and lines of business that are offered by CBA Consulting to our clients.

It is also to provide leadership and services that will improve the quality of our clients' businesses and the staff of CBA Consulting. Work Life Balance - we are committed to helping our employees have a work-life balance and have a number of initiatives that support this e.g. a flexible policy (at MD's discretion) to suit specific needs. Standard annual leave entitlement of 4 weeks plus statutory holidays, 5 days sick leave per year accruable to 20 days over 4 years, and parental leave where eligible. Our Managing Director believes in providing a flexible and relaxed approach that enables our staff to pursue those things that are important to them whilst enabling our employees to fully meet their work commitments.
	Learning & Development is provided through Study Support - Relevant part-time external studies for employees; Leave and/or contributions towards course fees for gaining an approved qualification (conditions apply). Internal Training - extensive on-going internal training covering consultative process, leadership development, active listening skills, cross skilling in all our consulting disciplines, and other relevant internal training programmes. Qualities - our team is comprised of a range of people from diverse backgrounds and cultures able to collaborate and work well as a team in delivering our high quality consultancy services. Our people are also able to work well together, enjoy some fun and social times along with getting the job done for our clients. All exhibit a 'can do' attitude and are confident in their approach and strive to succeed both for themselves and for CBA Consulting. In summary CBA Consulting has a team of 'professional' people that are able to have some fun and enjoy themselves whilst acheiving their goals and helping to develop the consulting business.
Qualifications generally required for most of our consultancy roles include a recognised tertiary qualification in the areas in which we work such as Research, Strategy, Information Technology, Management, or Change Management. Any other additional and appropriate qualifications are also beneficial as they add more knowledge and diversity to individual skills. Examples include ITIL Certification, MCSE, or Diploma in Marketing etc. Overall our people are very skilled and experienced individuals able to work at all levels within our Client organisations to provide the highest quality consulting services and capability. Employment Agreements are offered on an individual basis and are negotiated prior to commencement of employment and reviewed from time to time where appropriate. The employment agreement details the specific conditions of employment, remuneration terms, holiday and all other leave entitlements, plus any other specific conditions of an individual's employment at CBA Consulting.
Performance Development - CBA Consulting has a strong focus on Key Performance Indicators for Managers and Team Members, and provides regular ongoing informal feedback and support which is linked to the KPIs. Team members are provided with every opportunity to develop their areas of strength, interest and expertise, whilst maintaining a high level of collaboration with other team members on a wide range of projects. Team members are also encouraged and required to contribute ideas for ongoing improvement to the company. Team members also all have key roles relating to ongoing business development.
