Qualifications generally required for most of our consultancy roles include a recognised tertiary qualification in the areas in which we work such as Research, Strategy, Information Technology, Management, or Change Management. Any other additional and appropriate qualifications are also beneficial as they add more knowledge and diversity to individual skills. Examples include ITIL Certification, MCSE, or Diploma in Marketing etc. Overall our people are very skilled and experienced individuals able to work at all levels within our Client organisations to provide the highest quality consulting services and capability. Employment Agreements are offered on an individual basis and are negotiated prior to commencement of employment and reviewed from time to time where appropriate. The employment agreement details the specific conditions of employment, remuneration terms, holiday and all other leave entitlements, plus any other specific conditions of an individual's employment at CBA Consulting. |

Performance Development - CBA Consulting has a strong focus on Key Performance Indicators for Managers and Team Members, and provides regular ongoing informal feedback and support which is linked to the KPIs. Team members are provided with every opportunity to develop their areas of strength, interest and expertise, whilst maintaining a high level of collaboration with other team members on a wide range of projects. Team members are also encouraged and required to contribute ideas for ongoing improvement to the company. Team members also all have key roles relating to ongoing business development.
