CBA Consulting is primarily a strategic management consultancy business, that offers a broad range of services across Strategy, Organisational Change, Research, Strategic Human Resources, Profiles, PR and Communications, and Strategic Information Technology. We focus on helping senior management executives improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their business and strategy, understand Key Performance Indicators needed, and help them to achieve peak performance. CBA Consulting specialises in the development of Strategy and Organisational Change, and in the IT areas of lifecycle Asset Management, Service Management, Governance & Risk Management, and frameworks such as CoBIT and ITIL CBA Consulting works with companies and organisations across all industries and sectors both in New Zealand and internationally. We have an excellent client list and value the relationships we have along with developing new ones that can benefit from our services. Our consultants are experienced executives from industry and management backgrounds and mix theoretical knowledge with 'realworld' practical experience in delivering the outcomes for our clients. Lines of Business - First established in 1992 CBA Consulting has grown in both numbers of consultants and in the lines of business that we are able to deliver on today. Today there are two principal consulting areas covering Management Consulting and Information Technology consulting. Within these groups are the various lines of business such as Strategy and Organisational Change, Strategic Human Resource Management, Research both quantitative and qualitative, PR and Communications, Asset Management, Service Management, ITIL process, Strategic IT, IT Governance, and implementation and support capability. All of these can inter-relate and our consultants are able to work in multiple areas across these disciplines. Sound research and knowledge of 'best practice' provides a backbone to most of the disciplines offered by CBA Consulting.
